Spaces Steve Klein has designed over 30 totally new plans this year. From the $180's - $500's+, all are fresh, leading edge approaches to today's more demanding , cost and energy conscious home buyers. These plans are flexible and offer more alternative uses for rooms. This greatly enhances investment value and re-sale in the future as all buyers have different needs. Each plan has more choices in exterior architectural styling, more open flowing rooms, taller ceilings, bigger kitchens, bigger living areas, thickened columned walls, arches, less carpet, and also three car garages in many plans.
TerraVista As the regions premier residential developer Steve Klein has master planned his 14th housing community and Victoria's newest and most successful development in the preferred Northwest growth area. TerraVista is located with the best access to all highways, shopping, recreation and within the new preferred west side elementary, middle and high school district. This Master Plan allows smaller communities within a large 200 acre master plan. You will notice streets are much shorter to promote slower traffic speeds. More cul-de-sacs create safer environments for children as well as more privacy and bigger lots. A wider range of building site sizes, and housing types and sizes can co-exist at the same quality level resulting in Victoria's first Master-Planned Housing Development. Two phases have been completed, two more are under construction and over 300 home sites have been pre-designed. At completion, TerraVista will have approx. 600 homes.
